ข้อมูลที่เราได้รับ

เมื่อผู้ดูแลเชื่อม Facebook Page กับ OneChat เราอาจได้รับรหัสและชื่อเพจ รหัสผู้ใช้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเพจ (PSID) ชื่อและรูปโปรไฟล์ของผู้ส่ง ข้อความ Messenger คอมเมนต์ใต้โพสต์ เนื้อหาแนบ และข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ รวมถึง Page Access Token ที่ Meta ออกให้

วัตถุประสงค์

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อแสดงการสนทนาและคอมเมนต์ในกล่องข้อความรวม มอบหมายงานให้เจ้าหน้าที่ ส่งคำตอบตามคำสั่งของผู้ใช้ รักษาความปลอดภัย แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด และให้บริการตามที่ลูกค้า OneChat ร้องขอเท่านั้น เราไม่ขายข้อมูล และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลจาก Facebook เพื่อการโฆษณา

ฟีเจอร์ AI (ตัวเลือกเสริม)

OneChat มีฟีเจอร์ AI แบบเสริม (เลือกใช้หรือไม่ก็ได้) ที่ช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของลูกค้าร่างคำตอบและสรุปบทสนทนา สำหรับฟีเจอร์เหล่านี้ ข้อความที่เกี่ยวข้องจะถูกส่งไปยังผู้ให้บริการ AI ภายนอกซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล (data processor) ของเราภายใต้สัญญา และถูกใช้เพียงเพื่อสร้างคำตอบหรือบทสรุปนั้นให้แก่ธุรกิจเดียวกันเท่านั้น ไม่มีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลจากแพลตฟอร์มกับบุคคลอื่นใด

การเปิดเผยและผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล

OneChat เปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะแก่ผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่จำเป็น (เช่น ผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์และที่จัดเก็บไฟล์) และผู้ให้บริการ AI ที่กล่าวถึงข้างต้น ซึ่งทั้งหมดทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเรา หรือเปิดเผยเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด ข้อมูลรับรอง (token) ถูกเก็บฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์และไม่แสดงแก่ผู้ใช้ทั่วไป การรับส่งข้อมูลเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS/TLS

การเก็บรักษา

เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบเท่าที่บัญชีลูกค้ายังใช้งานอยู่ หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อความปลอดภัยและข้อกฎหมาย เมื่อผู้ดูแลยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อเพจ ข้อมูลรับรองของเพจจะถูกลบและยกเลิกการรับ Webhook คำขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บบางรายการไว้นานกว่านั้น

สิทธิ์และการลบข้อมูล

ผู้ดูแลสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อเพจจากหน้าตั้งค่า OneChat ได้ตลอดเวลา และสามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลได้ตามคำแนะนำในหน้า การลบข้อมูล Facebook

Information we receive

When an administrator connects a Facebook Page to OneChat, we may receive the Page ID and name, the page-scoped user ID (PSID) of people who contact the Page, the sender's name and profile picture, Messenger messages, comments on posts, attachments, and event data needed to provide the service, including the Page Access Token issued by Meta.

How we use it

We use the data only to display conversations and comments in a shared inbox, assign work to agents, send replies on the user's instruction, maintain security, fix errors, and provide the service our customer requests. We do not sell data and do not use Facebook data for advertising.

AI features (optional)

OneChat also provides optional AI features that help the customer's staff draft replies and summarise conversations. For those features the relevant message text is sent to a third-party AI service provider that acts as our data processor under contract, and it is used only to generate that reply or summary for the same business. No platform data is shared with any other party.

Sharing & data processors

OneChat discloses data only to the infrastructure providers we need (such as our cloud and file-storage providers) and the AI provider described above, all acting as data processors on our instructions, or where required by law. Credentials (tokens) are stored server-side and never shown to end users. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.

Retention

We keep data for as long as the customer's account is active, or as needed for security and legal obligations. When an administrator disconnects a Page, that Page's credentials are deleted and its webhook is unsubscribed. Requests to delete personal data are completed within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer.

Your rights & deletion

An administrator can disconnect a Page from the OneChat settings at any time, and can request access, correction, or deletion of data following the instructions on our Facebook Data Deletion page.
